Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a
notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on location:
• Domestic: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: HelloArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages: We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
However, there are times when parcels get damaged during transit. HelloArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase , we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

1. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.(Feedback第2条:You

2. Return Process:

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address.
• Pack your item securely and include your proof of purchase.

3. Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [helloartuk@outlook.com].(这里跟Shipping Policy的Damages部分有些矛盾,难以认定产品是否在运输途中损坏,所以需要统一关于破损产品的处理办法)

5. Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and
personal care items.(还有custom-made or personalized items, clearance items)

6. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
